Summer Cocktail Series: Electric Relaxation.

These posts are quickly becoming my favorite for obvious reasons. Dreaming up drinks and then taste testing said drinks can make even the most average day quite marvelous! Mike and I are on a beach right now celebrating our first wedding anniversary but got those of you in the states this is the perfect drink to kick the celebration off right for the 4th. 

This weeks drink we named Electric Relaxation. It packs a punch but is still very smooth. It's teal color makes it that much more fun to drink and a pineapple on the rim with a colorful straw is the perfect way to present it to your guests this summer! These would be great at a barbecue served as desert or at a girls night before heading out for dancing. 

Ingredients:

• 1 cup diced watermelon
• 1 cup diced pineapple
• 6 oz vodka of choice
• 8 oz blue curacao
• 4 oz coconut rum of choice
• 6 oz of pineapple juice
• 8 oz sprite

This one is even easier than last week. Put all contents into a blender and go! For another variation you could freeze the fresh fruit in advance and then add ice to make it more of a frozen drink! Enjoy!
